On this blog I write about my personal experience with breaking alcohol addiction. With this I want to help people who are also dealing with this struggle to take the step to recovery. I tell about the impact of a (hidden) addiction and how I got away from it. In addition, I share with you the challenges I encounter now that I am 'dry'.
